Digital Gift Card

Sent straight to the email provided at checkout. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed—perfect for last-minute surprises.

 

Physical Gift Card

Available only for deliveries within Medellín. We’ll send it via local courier, and you can expect it to arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
 

 

 

2. Delivery Confirmation

 

Once your purchase is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your gift card and its delivery. If you opted for the physical version, we’ll include a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
 

 

 

3. Shipping Fees

 

Digital – Free of charge.

Physical (Medellín) – A flat delivery fee will apply based on the delivery zone. You’ll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.
 

 

 

4. Delivery Information

 

It’s up to you to make sure the email and/or physical address you provide are accurate. Twins Spa For Men can’t be held responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
 

5. Changes or Resends

 

Need to correct a detail or resend a digital card? Just reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll be happy to help, as long as the gift card code hasn’t been used.
